How do I get my money?
Connect a bank account or a debit card — it takes about three minutes, one time. From then on, every cash gift goes straight to you. You don’t have to request anything, claim anything, or log in to collect.
Who’s Stripe?
Stripe is the company that actually moves the money. They handle payments for Amazon, Instacart, Lyft and a few million other businesses. Your details go to Stripe, not to us — all we ever see is the last four digits.
When does it show up?
We send your gift within a day of it landing on your registry. Your bank takes it from there, usually another day or two.
What if I start and don’t finish?
Nothing breaks. Your gifts keep piling up safely and you can pick it back up whenever. Nothing expires and nothing gets returned.
Haven’t set it up at all yet?
Same answer — your money’s waiting. Set up your payouts whenever you’re ready and everything that’s been sitting there comes to you.
Can I change my bank account later?
Yep. Swap your bank account or debit card any time from your dashboard.
Gift cards work differently. Those codes live in your dashboard and are yours whenever you want them — nothing to set up.
