My Story
Alana is the first in her family to attend college, and she's always been the one to show up for others — whether it's helping her younger cousins with homework or staying late to volunteer at the community health clinic. She has a big heart, a calming presence, and a lifelong dream of becoming a pediatric nurse. Alana was accepted into WSSU’s pre-nursing program with a partial scholarship. While tuition is covered, move-in costs, daily essentials, and living expenses are still a challenge. Her family created this GradFunded registry to help bridge the gap and give Alana a strong, supported start.
